Miller Architects & Builders recently completed construction on The Elms Funeral Home in Elmwood Park, IL.
The Elms Funeral Home is a family owned funeral and cremation service provider, caring for families from many ethnic backgrounds and religious beliefs.
The new 9,165 sf. funeral home features 7,990 sf. on the main floor with a 1,175 sf. upper level efficiency apartment. The dramatic victorian style funeral home features three turrets, stone and brick facade, shingled roof, “L” shaped lobby with fireplace and two main entrances, dividable chapel with seating for 200, two family lounges, and merchandising room — all situated on a compact one-half acre lot.
Miller Architects & Builders is proud to have had the opportunity to work with The Elms Funeral Home from architectural services through construction. We thank Eugene Cha, owner, and his dedicated staff for making us a part of their success.

Miller Architects & Builders recently completed construction on the Dunn Family Funeral Home in Oswego, IL.
The Dunn Funeral Home is a family owned and operated business that has been taking care of families in their time of bereavement for over 100 years.
The new “Prairie” style 9,690 square foot funeral home sits on a 2.4 acre site and features a large lobby with fireplace, 200-plus seat dividable chapel with folding walls for multiple visitations, large family lounge with children’s area, flower delivery room, prep room with separate cosmetizing room, crematory, and many more features.
